PRINTED SILK SMOCKED DRESS

I chatted with aTory Burch associate online to get help with the size. First issue, the size chart displays sizes in pairs, like 8-10, but the dress in sold in individual sizes, like 8 OR 10. I provided my bust measurements in inches and ordered the size the associate recommended, which was a size 8 and is my normal size. However, I could barely get this dress on and off again. The sizing is incredibly inaccurate because the dress is a pullover style and the bust is extremely narrow and tight. I don't know if sizing up one size would even be enough. If you have upper body definition in any form then you will probably need to size up. The dress is beautiful and I would like to order a larger size if available, but not sure if I'm willing to go through the hassle.
