“For Resort 2019, I was inspired by all the things I love. Stripes, done in different styles, including a 3-D version in pleats with contrast-color edging. Longer hemlines, some asymmetrical. Relaxed silhouettes. The natural beauty of combining a simple knit and a skirt, a clean tunic and a pant. There’s a nod to my favorite book, The Little Prince, by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, in a watercolor print we’ve named Daydream. We updated the classics with special details — like the perfect white cotton shirt, now with a scalloped or elongated collar, or an easy denim dress, with a ruffled placket. Accessories continue the less-is-more mood: easy totes, flat sandals and lemon- and clementine-shaped pendants.” — Tory Burch
