Books have the ability to transport you to a wondrous, fantasy-filled place. Bookstores? Not so much. That is, unless we’re talking about The Last Bookstore in Los Angeles. Located on 453 S Spring St, the place takes up a whopping 22,000 square feet and features book displays as marvelous as the books themselves. Hardcovers are creatively compiled into walls, “hallways” and arty sculptures; elsewhere, they’re prettily arranged by color. It’s a book lover’s delight — that has plenty to offer non-bibliophiles, too. The Last Bookstore, which sells both new and used books, also has an impressive section devoted to vinyl records.
