With a marathon-paced schedule traveling the world for ad campaigns, photo shoots and runway shows, our campaign model Constance Jablonski has become an expert at staying fit and finding stamina — regardless of jet lag, late nights or long hours. All of which makes her the perfect person to turn to for advice on healthy living during the holiday season. Here, Jablonski tells us about workouts on the go, good-for-you sweets and what to avoid at cocktail parties.

My favorite sports growing up…
Swimming, skiing and playing tennis.

Favorite time of day to exercise…
In the morning, before or after breakfast, so I have the whole day ahead to do other things. That’s the moment of the day I have the most energy.

Song that always keeps me energized…
Can’t Feel My Face” by The Weeknd.

My motivation mantra…
Sore today, strong tomorrow.

My pre- and post-workout routine…
Stretching, stretching, stretching…

My health drink of choice…
Fresh kiwi juice! I love kiwis, and they are a great source of vitamin C and K.

And healthy snack of choice…
Nuts in general, especially cashews.

My tip to eating healthy when dining out…
I only cook really easy things at home: salads, omelets, pasta… So I like to eat good meat or fish when I dine out. It’s healthy and a good source of protein for sportive people!

Favorite spa in the world…
The spa in New York’s Greenwich Hotel. It is very close to where I live, and I love the warm ambience, the pool and the gorgeous and comfortable bathrobes you get when you come in for a treatment. I love to get a very strong deep-tissue massage, but I must say I only get them when I am really sore or tired.

When traveling, I keep fit by…
I always have workout gear or a swimsuit in my luggage. Working out helps a lot with jet lag; it makes you more tired in the evening and you fall asleep better.

Favorite healthy holiday dessert…
Raw vegan chocolate cake.

To stay healthy during the holiday season…
Try to always choose a cocktail without sugar — sugar is your biggest enemy! And do your favorite cardio workout — it helps to burn the calories. It’s colder during the winter so you don’t sweat as much as you do during the summer.

I define wellness as…
A beauty routine.
