I saw someone reading “… the Dragon Tattoo” on the subway in NYC! Must be good! I've got to read one.

The plot of the first two books is nothing extraordinary…..its the way Larsson has described his lead characters, Mikael Blomkvist and Lisbeth Salander, which gives the trilogy an edge over other thrillers

I loved all of these books, and I saw the Swedish version of the first movie. They did an amazing job picking the actress who played Lisbeth. While I found these books fascinating, the character that kept making me come back for more was Lisbeth. I loved that she was tiny but tough!
