Music has always been a part of my life, from before I was even born. I come from a long line of musicians — my grandmother was the first female orchestra leader in the United States. I love listening to music and how it brings people together. I get so much joy from discovering new music, of all genres. The memories I have from seeing iconic performances, like Simon and Garfunkel in Central Park and the Grateful Dead, are my fondest.
