The collection honored archetypes through reinterpretation rather than reinvention. For handbags, the classics included the quilted shoulder bag, military-style duffle and the woven basket.

BUNNY BEGINS
It’s all about the knot. A humble yet beautiful detail discovered by Tory on a quilted cushion in her Antigua home, originally owned by the iconic Bunny Mellon. Now dotted on soft diamond quilting, the simple crisscross knot defines our new shoulder bag.

IT’S A LOCK
The idea of style with history and utility informed the runway collection. Inspired by a military dopp kit, the Lock duffle was rooted in both. With soft quilted handles, it came in a variety of leathers – croc-embossed, glossy and crackled, aged and patinaed – all finished with a matching covered padlock.

BASKET SEASON
The handwoven totes on the runway were inspired by a bag that Tory carried in high school. A chic incongruity, the summery style was carried with brushed Shetland sweaters with wide-wale corduroys and oversized outerwear. An object lesson that there are no rules in fashion, and the most stylish people dress on instinct.

THE NEW CHARLIE
Our biggest spring launch, Charlie, took a new shape for the Fall/Winter runway: a single-strap satchel designed to wear on the shoulder. It was shown in aged leather as well as a cotton jacquard with a new monogram motif that mirrors its sleek beveled hardware.
