We followed the Bonberi founder and wellness influencer to the
Union Square Greenmarket in NYC —
as she
sourced ingredients for our recipe video
(watch here). Her full day,
detailed below.
“I wake up around 8 AM, do a guided meditation to set the pace and intention for
the day and get the kids! We do breakfast for Jude and a bottle for Sea, and then I get them out the door to
school or gym class. I'll swing by the shop to grab coffee,
then it's off to work out! I usually do
Tracy Anderson on most days and yoga on the weekends. If I don't feel
like exercising, I'll do an infrared sauna.
Sweating most days is my self-care and therapy all rolled into one. After my workout I'll shower, make a big
green juice and head to the store. I usually follow the mostly-raw-all-day principle, so I'll either juice all
day or cut up lots of fruit to bring to work. Each day is different, so I’ll either be shooting, answering
emails, working on blog posts, planning events… no day is the same! Then, it's home by 6 PM and we do our bath
time, book and bed routine. By 9 PM, it's dinner with the husband. I love to cook, so I'll make dinner for us
five to six nights out of the week. We do try for a date night once a week, which is my favorite night of the
week.”
