What’s your typical day like…
I wake up at 7:30 AM. I make some coffee and watch a little TV, then head to Gotham Gym. I work out at 9 AM most days with my trainer Rob, and we do a combination of boxing with intervals of toning — abs, weights and bodyweight exercises. Then I go home after an hour and get ready for the day. If I’m not working on set, I’ll usually have a couple of casting appointments. If not, I spend the day studying at my local coffee shop, as I’m in university via correspondence.
Go-to breakfast…
Two or three eggs scrambled and half an avocado. If I feel like something more sweet than savory, I’ll have 2% Greek yogurt and blueberries.
Lunch…
Sweetgreen for a chicken salad of some sort
Dinner…
My go-to is roasting chicken and veggies all in one tray for the week. It’s super simple and delicious. Sometimes I also have some rice or quinoa, and if I want something sweet after, some dark chocolate and berries are always in my cupboard.

Richie McCaw. He was the captain of the NZ All Blacks rugby team and led us to win two Rugby World Cups back-to-back. He recently retired but was an incredible athlete who is passionate and hardworking, and is definitely a legend back home.
