Rated 5 out of 5 by Frenchgirl Chic and COMFORTABLE! These shoes are amazingly comfortable... From the moment I put them on they felt like slippers even though they are über elegant. TYou should order a half-size down as they are generously proportioned. November 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by IndyStyle Sophistication Abounds So thrilled to receive my Tory Burch Amaya Pumps in the navy color! The patent is perfect and the detail across the front adds just enough umph! I couldn't be happier. I am a size 8M and the fit is very true to size. The shoes are extremely comfortable. There is plenty of room in the toe box and heal doesn't slip, nor is too tight. The craftsmanship is impeccable and I would expect nothing less from TB. I am so pleased that I have worn these with jeans, leggings and the most darling of shift dresses with tights. I have a hunch thses will be my go-to-shoes....at least until I purchase my next TB's! November 9, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Vicky76 Very pretty, but unfortunately not very comfy I fell in love with this pair of shoes right at the moment I saw them online so I decided to order these. I've been looking for nice low heels shoes that can wear with everything. I was so excited when I received them in mail. The color and the design look even better in person. Very cute and classy. I normally wear 6.5, but with Tory sometimes I fit size 6 (usually with closed toe shoes). So I ordered half size down for this pair, which is size 6. It fit perfectly when I first tried them on. I walked on them around my house (only on carpet and hard wood floor) to see if they were comfy and I felt pretty good so I decided to keep them. However, when I actually wore them out to work, it started to hurt my skin on the achilles tendon right after the first hour. And I also started to notice that the leather around my achilles tendon area is very stiff (not as soft as the Sophie Wedge that I'm in love with). At the end of the day, my skin got redder and redder and it became very painful. I understand that new shoes need time to break them in to feel comfy, but if I have problem with the width or my toes, I could bear with it until the shoes break in. Unfortunately, I had a different problem and I know this won't work for me if I insist on wearing them. I'm just gonna hurt my feet more and more. I was so sad because I love this pair and the design so much. I was a bit disappointed too since I got the same problem with another low heel shoes that I loved at Tory last year and they were both expensive. I think for the price of the shoes they should fix this problem with their low heels design. I don't mind to invest couple hundred dollars for a pair of shoes if they are comfy and stylish. But for me, comfort is more important, especially when it comes to shoes that are design for walk-all-day. Now I can't even walk comfortably on my other shoes since my feet are hurt. I really wanna return them but I don't know if I could because the policy doesn't allow to return worn items. But I'm stuck with them if I kept them. This makes me feel really hard to try on another Tory shoes in the future since their price are not that cheap to just buy and try to break them out to see if they are work or not. I also bought 2 pairs of high heels from Tory for my wedding next year. I haven't worn them out yet because I wanna save them for my big day. But I hope that they are comfy because I love the designs so so much that I just decided to keep them anyway. This is my very first review for Tory because I was pretty upset with the quality of this shoes, but I gave it 2 stars for the really nice design. I hope that they can fix this since I really love Tory's designs. I'm a big fan of her handbags. October 14, 2013
