Rated 4 out of 5 by Gorgeous, but fit a little off I bought the 70mm heel version of this shoe in silver. I love it so much that I bought this lower heel version in gold. While this shoe is still as gorgeous as the taller silver pair, the fit is not as good. Size 6 fit well in length (TTS), but the width was weird. My feet run a little wide so I was happy the toe width was not narrow. The weird part is that they seem to "spread" along the vamps - hard to explain. It's like the sides kind of droop open. I think the side vamp should be a little higher so as to hold the foot better. But what do I know, I am not a shoe designer. Anyway, maybe the problem is the slingback is not tight enough. I ordered another pair half size smaller to see if the sling strap would fit better, and if so, if it brings the vamp back up. Otherwise the shoes look much wider (Daisy Duck) than they actually are. They are still gorgeous, and one way or other I am keeping them, cobbler can probably shorten the strap to improve the fit (that is, if the 5 1/2 are too tight in toe box). I don't mean to be a downer on the shoes. They are beautiful. The material is great, the gold is medium tone, a great substitute for the boring beige I wear so much, leather lined, perfect heel height, conservative, yet sexy. Once I resolve my sling problem, I'll probably live in these. April 16, 2014
