An account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. It also serves as a way to track your order and receive e-mails about your order. With a account you can:

  • Save your shipping and billing information for a faster and easier checkout process
  • Check order status
  • Review your order history online
  • Save frequently used addresses in an address book
  • Create and manage a product wish list

Opening an account on is easy. Simply click Opening an Account and follow the instructions.

You need to provide us only with your name and email address to open an account on If you choose, you may store other information for your shopping convenience. Any information you provide is kept secure and will never be sold to outside parties. Please see our Policies section if you have further questions.

To retrieve your account password, please go to the My Account section and click on the Forgot Password link. Please enter the email address you used to sign into your account and we'll send you a temporary password to that email address. Once you have logged in using your temporary password, go to the Personal Data section of the My Account page and change your password to something you will remember.


When you are shopping on you may set up a Wish List to store items you would like to save but are not ready to purchase. Your Wish List saves items even after you leave our site so you can locate them in the future or email them to friends and family. You also have the option to mark your wish list as public so others can find your saved items.


To add items to your Wish List, while shopping choose the size and color of an item you would like then click the ADD TO WISH LIST button from the product page.

To guarantee access to your Wish List in the future no matter what computer you are on, you must have an account at To access your list in the future please log into your account using the MY ACCOUNT button.

Adding items to your Wish List does not guarantee availability.


You may choose to receive regular email updates, which include news about new products, events and special promotions. You do not need an account to receive email updates. Simply click the Join Our Email List link found at the top of every page. You may modify your email communication preferences or unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of all email updates sent to you.


Tory Burch is happy to handle repairs at any time, free of charge, that result from a manufacturing defect (such as broken hardware). However, we cannot handle repairs that are the result of normal wear and tear.

If you believe that there is a defect in materials and/or workmanship, for fastest results please return the item to the place of purchase. If you wish to have us repair your item, please contact Tory Burch Customer Service by phone at 1.866.480.TORY (8679) or by email at for instructions.
