This arrived yesterday & I love it! I'll be wearing it for a wine & food festival coming up the end of this month, and it's perfect--casual yet elegant, lightweight and very forgiving. It can be dressed up or down, and I especially love that it doesn't need to be dry-cleaned. The mini dots are not too small like you might typically see, nor is it too large, which can be clownish. It really is just the perfect size polka dot. I'm only 5'4" so it's long, but I can have it hemmed. The elastic waist makes it easy to adjust the length, but I'll still need to shorten it. No problem, though, it's gorgeous! I love the halter neckline. The elastic around the back is loose enough so as not to pinch any back fat, but I have to remind myself this is marketed as a swimsuit coverup so maybe that's why it has that looseness; nothing tightening the halter tie can't help. I won't be wearing it as a coverup though, and it still works--just a very versatile piece! I normally wear a MED in TB, but took a SM in this. It runs slightly large. I'm 5'4", 125 lbs, 34c-28-37.5. So glad I got it, and I'll wear it a lot!

I love resort wear. I have a few pieces from each summer and I always look for classics to update my wardrobe during this time of year. I instantly loved the halter neck on this jumpsuit and was ready to pack it as soon as it arrived. The fabric and design are gorgeous. But I need about another 3 inches in my torso for this to work. I'm "ok" with having alterations, because I'm only 5'5" but this was long in all the wrong places. I wish designers like Tory, who according to the internet is only 5'4" herself, would make clothes for those of us who aren't tall enough to be on the cat walk. It would be fabulous to have items sold in "tall" (or regular by fashion industry standards) and "Tory-sized," don't you think? I could not have this altered, despite begging my alterations person to try so I returned it. I'll hope for a shorter version next year!
