Rated 4 out of 5 Love at first sight but not for large calfs! I wear a size 10 in boots, I ordered a 10 and could not zip. I returned and ordered a 10.5 and could not zip. Too bad as the boots are beautiful, great quality, color and it was love at first sight. TB really should make boots for bigger calf people. I ordered the Teresa Riding boot in Black and they zipped and are very comforable. If you have large calfs the Marlene boot is not for you! November 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 Marlene Riding Boot The boots arrived and was actually far more than I thought. The gift wrap was so pretty. Every detail was awesome. The card attached, the and the gift wrap was perfect. These boots are the highest quality materials I've ever experienced. I will for sure recommend this product as I get so many compliments. Rated 5 out of 5 Perfect riding boots! Love the dark brown color and the gold buckle. They are higher riding boots and hit just below your knee. You should be at least 5'5 to enjoy the height of these boots. November 23, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 Great look These boots are beautiful! However, they fit very small and are super tight in the instep portion. I would suggest buying a 1/2 size bigger November 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 Beautiful boots! I love these boots.. They are very comfortable and are a nice almond brown. They are true to size.. I wear a 7 and they fit just right even with socks. I was concerned about the calf area not fitting as my calves are a little big but they fit perfectly...even with jeans on I had no trouble zipping them up. I'm 5'3" so they are a little tall they hit just a little above where the knee bends but is not uncomfortable for me when I sit or anything. Love, Love, Love November 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great boots These boots are super amazing. They are a little taller than I thought they would be. I'm 5'6" and they come to the knee. Super good quality. Thinking about getting the brown as well!! November 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these boots! I absolutely love the Marlene Riding Boot! I can wear either a size 6 1/2 or 7 in boots, depending on style and brand. I purchased these in black, size 7 and they fit great! I have worn these with thick and thin socks. Some of the reviews mentioned going a half-size up due to thick socks, but I wouldn't recommend since the ankle area is loose enough to accommodate. The boots are a bit snug around the calves, but wearing them a few times has helped loosen that area. They go great with tights, jeans and skirts. I am about 5'3" and the boot comes up right below the knee. I love these boots and would highly recommend! November 21, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not for short people I received these boots in black for my birthday and was so excited, only to be disappointed because they are too tall! The top of the boot hit the middle of my kneee(I'm 5'1") and was uncomfortable/annoying when walking. I wanted to love them, but had to return them. After checking the sizes on all the other tall boots, I saw they were all the same height so unfortunately I will have to buy my boots elsewhere. Definitely not made for short people.
