The Fulton boots are beautiful. The color is slightly different from the website image but not disappointing, in fact I love them. A color that can match almost everything. I take a 7 7.5 but purchased 6.5 instead. They need some breaking in, but mainly because I have wide feet. Numerous compliments the first day I wore them. Looking forward to another pair next year - black stiletto boots.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Stephbestellar Unless you're actually into Horse Riding - Don't Buy These Boots!
I fell into the classic TB spell of how they looked so gorgeous, coupled with their price and realized they were a steal! I made the mistake of ignoring the negative reviews and bought them anyway... I should have listened to everyone else. Here me now: DON'T BUY THESE BOOTS!
First of all, they are stunning -- as is anything Tory puts her name on -- but unless you are actually going riding, English style, then there is simply no place for these boots in your closet. They are extremely high, and will go over your knee. I'm 5'6; they hit just to the lower half of my knee cap and they looked, to be frank, silly.
I read the reviews and it seemed most of them were saying that the boots were "too big" at the top and left a huge gap -- I have "thicker" legs/knees and figured this wouldn't be so bad for me, and it wasn't. However, since the boots come up SO high, they were just the "right" size around my knee, and ultimately made my thighs look HUGE. The boots are so thin and immaculately straight, that once they hit your knee, unless your thighs are just as skinny as the boots, they're going to make your thighs look big.
My boots were delivered and they arrived with what appeared to be a water mark and a blatant scratch on them. I was taking them back before I even tried them on, but I tried them on anyway. Especially after trying them on, they just look ridiculous on me.
I love the concept and wish I had model thin legs and an English style riding horse to wear these on but I don't, and therefore these boots make no sense for me. I hope they all find the right people because they could be beautiful on a very, very, very particular person.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Shopper123 Not impressed
I was so excited when I found these boots online, however they did not live up to my expectations. The only positive is the color is a very pretty, rich color. The fit and style was not attractive at all. They are the same size from the ankle all the way to the knee, making them look like huge rain boots. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Momof123 Disappointed in style fit & material
Truly disappointed in this boot. Have about 6 pair of TB boots from the last two years and was looking forward to adding a taupe color to wear when brown or the camel color isn't good. This boot is definitely not the color as seen on my Apple PC or iPad. Then the fit is extremely different than others in the past. It has an awkard wide gap at the top and I'm 5.6' with average calf muscles. Then to top it off the leather material is ...odd and cheap looking. I don't know how to describe it. So back this definitely went.
On another note... I purchased a dark brown TB boot last year (I think) with elastic side inserts and zips up the back. It doesn't have a lot of TB logo hardware on it either. Funny thing is I get about 3/4 compliments every time I wear them. And, it is unbelievably comfortable, which can't be said for many of TB shoes.
wish TB design team would listen to consumers and keep the traditional and good products. Still sad they took the Kendrick drivers away too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ROXSTAR1000 STANDOUT RIDING BOOT
In a sea of Black Riding Boots this season, the Fulton easily stood out for me. I've been on the search for Black ones, because that's practical. But I tried the popular TB Marlene Riding Boot, and just felt underwhelmed, wanting more from an everyday boot. For reference, I'm 5'6", 122 lbs, slender -- these hit about 1" below knee. I esp love the stacked heel and sole built for weather - the Marlenes does not have this heel. I wear a LOT of black, so these non-black Fultons are a breath of fresh air for this dark, dreary winter.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Sailingstar22 Too tall and too wide
This is a beautiful boot and fit well in the sole, but the shaft of the boot was way too tall - it hit mid knee cap - and way too wide, at least a 2 inch gap. This was such a disappointment as I have wanted a pair of Tory boots for a long time, but had the same issues with a pair last year. I don't understand why the shaft scales for only very tall, and large calf women.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Maisy89 Gorgeous. Why don't boots come in petite sizes?
Ordered the 6.5. I'm usually a 6 in Tory sandals but their boots run a bit small and I wanted to be safe with socks. Foot fit perfect. Shaft height, are you kidding me? I'm 5'2" and have never wished harder for petites - these hit up past the bend of my knee and were a solid 2+ inches too wide on my calf. Looked ridiculous at the top of the boot. Such a shame, the color and style was exactly what I was looking for. Had to return.
