What is toryburch.com's return policy?
Tory Burch will gladly accept merchandise returns for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
Footwear returns must be in the original condition – TORY BURCH DOES NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FOR WORN FOOTWEAR.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Tory Burch reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.
Exceptions
No returns will be accepted on sale merchandise or bathing suits. These products are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Shipping Errors
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Tory Burch will provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label to expedite the return. To receive your shipping label, please contact Tory Burch Customer Service by phone at 1.866.480.TORY (8679) or by email at inquiries@toryburch.com.
Gift Returns
Returns of gift items will be credited back to the original form of payment submitted by the person who placed the gift order. At this time we cannot offer store credit for the return of gift merchandise.
Exchanges
We cannot automatically process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order on www.toryburch.com. You may place your reorder at any time.
In-Store Returns
At this time items purchased online may not be returned to Tory Burch boutiques and must be mailed to Tory Burch Website Returns according to the instructions outlined below.
Tory Burch Items Purchased at Other Locations
Items purchased at department stores or at any other store selling Tory Burch merchandise may not be returned to toryburch.com.

Preparing Your Package for Return
On the front of the packing slip enclosed with your purchase, please note the reason for the return in the space indicated.
Place the packing slip and the merchandise you wish to return in a secure package (we advise that you maintain a copy of your packing slip for your records). If you do not have your packing slip, please contact Tory Burch Customer Service by phone at 1.866.480.TORY (8679) or by email at inquiries@toryburch.com and we will send you a new one.
Mailing Instructions for Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Unfortunately, at this time you cannot use the prepaid return label included in your order. For your security, please return your package to us via a trackable, insured mail service to the address listed below. Tory Burch is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Mailing Instructions for Customers in the Continental U.S.
Please attach the pre-paid, pre-printed label (included with your purchase) to the outside of your package. Please be sure to fill in your name, address and zip code in the space provided at the top of the return label and maintain the bottom portion of the label containing the tracking information for your records.
Take the package to any UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center or any UPS Authorized Service Outlet (ASO). You may also give the package to any UPS Driver. To locate the nearest UPS Drop Off Center please call UPS at 1-800-Pick-UPS (1-800-742-5877) of visit the UPS website at www.ups.com.
No additional postage is required. Beginning with returns received on February 1, 2008 and thereafter, when using our return label we will deduct $7.00 from the amount of your refund. At this time we do not offer this service for returns sent from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
If you no longer have your return label, please return your package to us via a trackable, insured mail service to the address listed below. Tory Burch is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

REFUNDS
Tory Burch will refund the original form of payment. We will not refund shipping and handling charges unless we have made a shipping error. We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from Tory Burch. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent from UPS QUANTUMVIEW once your order has been shipped.

Which credit cards does toryburch.com accept?
Toryburch.com accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and JCB. Your credit card will be charged the day the merchandise is shipped. Should you cancel your order before receipt of your package, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Toryburch.com currently does not accept checks, cash or money orders.

Does toryburch.com charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states: California: 8.25%; Connecticut: 6%; Florida: 7%; Georgia: 8%; Illinois: 6.25%; Nevada: 7.75%; New Jersey: 7%; New York: 8.375%; Texas: 8.25%.
Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
