Corporate Office Customer Service support is available during regular business hours
(Monday-Friday 9am – 6pm EST) to answer and resolve the follow types of issues:
- Technical questions/problems using the website or placing orders
- Any questions pertaining to credit card charges or refund status
- Availability of out of stock products; for immediate assistance on weekends you can contact any of our Tory Burch boutiques to purchase out of stock items. Please click here for a list of boutique locations and phone numbers.
- Product sizing or styling questions
- Product damages/complaints
- Shipment errors for orders already received
We are available 24 hours/7days for general customer service inquiries such as:
- Order status and tracking information
- Tory Burch boutique locations and hours
- General shipping and return policy questions
Please note: outside of regular business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST) our representatives
will not have access to sensitive personal information, such as credit card information,
or website technical support. Issues related to these areas must be addressed by a
Corporate Office Customer Service Representative during regular business hours.
However, outside regular business hours you are welcome to leave a detailed message with our
after-hours customer service representatives regarding any issue or concern. If they are
unable to help you they will document your concerns and a Corporate Office Customer Service
Representative will respond to your inquiries and concerns on the following business day.
