the Oscar film that has us buzzing the most is Best Foreign Language Film nominee The Great Beauty — which lives up to its name as one of the most gorgeous films of the year. The fashion, the parties, the breathtaking Roman backdrop… It all swirls around aging bon vivant Jep, a journalist who wrote a best-seller 40 years ago and hasn’t found much success since.
