DESCRIPTION

Color:
Our Ada Skirt is a textured take on a timeless A-line style. The material — a cotton blend, woven with bouclé, slubbed and metallic yarns — updates the look of classic tweed with a horizontal-stripe effect and a hint of shine. In a right-now shade of gray, it works for the office as well as evenings out and, with the matching jacket, is a refined take on the ladylike suit.

For a sharp, pulled-together look, wear this mini with the matching coat. Or let the metallic tweed take center stage and try it with a simple, solid top. Accessorize with a pair of heels for a leg-lengthening effect.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Great fabric, weird fit This skirt could be really cute in theory - the fabric is really cool and unique. You can't tell how metallic some of the threads are from the photo, but I think it makes it a great piece to transition from work (if you can wear a short skirt to work) to evening/going out to dinner. That being said, the shape is way more bell shaped than the photos show. I typically wear a 6 and this fit tight and high on my waist, and then is very wide in the hips. I actually think it's not very flattering because it's so wide through the hips and the bottom... it just makes me look wider than I am. November 5, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great quality…fit off I loved this skirt but didn't like the fit. It was really tight in the waist and full in the hips. The store didn't have a larger size for me to try and I didn't feel like sending it back to keep trying to get the right fit. I have a feeling the larger size would just look like a bell.
