Awesome flats
Are you kidding me? I liked and wanted them so much I didn't look at the reviews seriously. I bought a pair in salmon color. They look absolutely gorgeous and are very comfortable. Tory quality and design is perfect.

Worst Shoe
I bought this flat at the Tory Burch store, big mistake. In the store, this shoe, was seemingly comfortable. However, after walking on a hard surface for more than 30 steps, my feet were dying. Everyone said you have to break them in, give it time. Well, I've had them since Christmas time, and every time I go to wear them, I always make sure I have backup. A. The heel of the shoe is off and can feel some nail or screw every time I walk. B. The elastic on the back heel, with out fail, every time, gives me blisters. I bought little footsie stockings in hopes it would help, but no. I even went back to the store to try a bigger size, to see if maybe I just bought the wrong size, NOPE. This shoe is cute, but buyer beware. Very disappointing $200 spent. I wish I had purchased these at Nordstrom so I could have returned them. Learned my lesson.

Flattering and comfortable
It irks me when people receive a defective product and write reviews. It stinks that this sometimes happens, but this is clearly not representative of every Tory Burch shoe or even 99% of the particular shoe being reviewed. This shoe is high quality and really striking on. Materials and design are top notch. As with most of my flats, I spend some time in thick socks walking around the house to break them in. Highly recommend these! They're one of my favorite pair.

Sole issue
I really like the design and it didn't bother me when I first used it. The only problem I have with this is the sole. I noticed that tiny rocks can easily embed on to the sole, after walking on a concrete pavement for 15 mins at least, the sole looks like a crater. I think you need to wear this on a smooth surface.. I only worn it 2x for a short period of time but the sole looks like its been worn for years. I don't drag my feet when I walk and I don't have this issue with my other flats. I can't enjoy wearing this because I will always be thinking of the sole! This is my first pair of Tory, so I am a little disappointed.

My favorite TB flat
I have struggled and struggled with the Reva flats and never was able to make it work so I was hesitate to go with the Shelby but I am happy I did as I love them! I ordered the natural color and they arrived in perfect condition. The flower looked flawless on both shoes and the fit was perfect. I am usually a 8 in other brands but have found that I need to order a half size up in all TB shoes.

I WANTED TO LOVE, BUT COULD NOT....
I ordered these shoes in the sangria color and they were actually true to size for me. I thought they were cute online, but in person was NOT the case. The flower design was defective on both shoes....they were turned up with the glue showing and would NOT lay flat. They were soft, but the flats were turned up, wrinkle and slightly scuffed up on the sides/bottom. They were somewhat oily and darker in color (not like the picture online).....all indications to me that they looked to be already worn.
I am very disappointed and from my experiences with the shelby flat, I CANNOT recommend this shoe

Cute but Oh the Pain
Don't know why I keep on buying Tory shoes. They are absolutely adorable but every pair hurts. Plus I basically have to buy a different size for every style. Flats should not hurt so much. My toes and the back of my ankle barely make it through the day. The only comfortable shoe I have from Tory Burch is the Carolina flat.

Beautiful and So Comfy!!!
I never write reviews but I just had to this time because I think this shoe deserves a much higher rating than it has! I almost didn't order them because of the terrible reviews! I'm so glad I took a chance and bought them because they are SO comfortable and SO adorable (I got the black). Do not hesitate - these are wonderful! The only thing I would say is that I do think they run small - order up for sure!
