I have this in wildberry color, I love the designs but I hate the longstrap.. I cant use the longstrap because I'm sure it's going to damage the lining, many people warn me about this but I bought it anyways. any suggestions how to fix the longstrap so it wont pull the lining?

I recently received this bag in Wildberry as a birthday gift, and I am in love! I was a little hesitant, because some of the reviews I've read were negative for various aspects such as quality of the saffiano leather. I can't imagine why! The quality of this bag is amazing! The leather wipes right off and holds its shape beautifully.
It IS a heavier bag, but it's not anything that concerns me. If you're doubting whether or not this bag is worth it, DON'T. It is!

I have this bag in luggage. I love the color and look of the bag when I use the top handle. The issue I have with this bag is that when using the longstrap, there are three issues: (1) it will PULL UP the saffiano inside lining. Making it look very awkward. (2) the longstrap is placed diagonally and the bag would look twisted when you put heavy stuff in it (laptop, etc.), (3) in the long run, it will damage the saffiano lining by keep pulling on it. Does anyone else have similar experience? Any solutions?

The black from any coat, jacket, or gloves I wear wears onto the handles, turning them black. It's frustrating becuase it makes the orange look dingy. Otherwise, I love the size of the bag. It's great for travel!

As i live in Egypt , i get frustrated when i cant shop online or run into a Tory store .....But finally my Lovely husband just came back from Toronto with the most amazing bag and Reva shoes ! I am so spoiled ! I have my Robinson in pretty violet and i cant wait to start my day and wear it....Thank u Tory !

What's not to love about this bag? The color is simply stunning and the functionality of the bag is just amazing. I've only had the bag for a week and already am receiving many compliments. I have the purple, and to me this is the perfect shade of purple I am looking for in a bag. This is definetely a must buy!!!

I rarely step out of my comfort zone when it comes to bags. I'm usually drawn to black bags but I just bought this bag in Pretty Violet and I absolutely love it. For me, all the pockets and zip closures work perfectly for me. I recently took it on a quick business trip and it traveled well with me. I could usually carry it on my arm but wore the shoulder strap when I needed both hands. While the bag is a good size, it does not fit my 13" MacBook air laptop -- but if you travel with a iPad, it could easily fit.
The Pretty Violet just makes any outfit pop. I've received so many compliments on the bag from complete strangers to close friends and family. My only complaint about this bag is that it is very heavy with just the basics.
