Poor quality
I just received the bag I purchased during your friends & family sale of 25% off and I am so disappointed! I ordered the small Megan shoulder bag and when I opened it I couldn't help but see the gray stains it has and it has a scratch in the back. I am returning this bag tomorrow! I'm just shocked that Tory Burch would send me a purse in such awful condition & the sale is now over so I can't order another purse with the discount. I'm just deeply disappointed in this shopping experience!!!!! Hope it doesn't happen to anyone else! This experience has made me never want to buy another tory burch again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'
