I ordered this bag online, without seeing it in the store. The bag was a beautiful brown leather, and gorgeous! But, beware if you don't care for the slouchy look, the pictures are deceiving. Once you put a wallet and other heavy items in the bag, it doesn't look like it did in the shoulder view pictures.

This is my first Tory Burch handbag, and I am in love! The leather is soft and buttery, the drop is perfect, and the style is versatile. It's a perfect size - lots of room for all the stuff I take to work. I ordered it online and was so impressed just from the box and packaging alone. Beautiful packaging for an equally beautiful bag.

I just received my City Hobo in Smoke Brown and it's just exactly what I would thought it would be. It's very roomy and substantial without being physically overwhelming. The leather is a beautiful color. I'm 5'10" so I like bags on the larger side anyway, but I think this would still be a great size on a more petite person.
