california TRANSPARENCY ACT

California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010

Tory Burch is committed to holding itself and its suppliers to the highest legal and ethical standards.

We require our vendors and direct-suppliers to comply with the Tory Burch Code of Conduct, which sets forth legal and ethical obligations in a variety of areas including labor practices, health and safety, and wages and benefits. We also require vendors to comply with all local laws and prohibit the hiring of slave labor and human trafficking.

To ensure that human trafficking and slavery do not occur by our vendors, Tory Burch is undertaking the following actions:

  • Internally verifying product supply chains to evaluate and address the risk of human trafficking and slavery.
  • Internally conducting audits of suppliers to evaluate supplier compliance with the Code of Conduct.
  • Requiring vendors to certify compliance with the Code of Conduct. Failure of vendors to abide, and/or to cause all of their sub-contractors to abide, by the Code of Conduct may result in termination of the vendor agreement and other remedies.
  • Implementing international Compliance Program focusing on accountability standards and training.

Tory Burch has a zero-tolerance policy when dealing with child labor, human trafficking, and slavery by its vendors.
