My husband had gotten me this bag for our anniversary which of course I was thrilled about it. I loved almost everything about it the only thing that I didn't like about was it was a little to big for a crossbody. It almost look like a diaper bag but as a crossbody. Not endless you're gonna be using it as a diaper bag then I think is ok. I wish it would of been a little smaller for a crossbody. I had to exchange it for another handbag.

Sorry, every purse in her store is a tactile delight. Its fun to touch them all they are so soft and smooth. I bought this same bag in blue at Christmas from the store for a gift for my daughter. I am reviewing the beige one I bought for myself because I LOVED the way the blue one felt and how soft and supple it was.
When my bag arrived (I ordered it online, and true to everything I have ever ordered that way it came so fast) I was disappointed by how stiff it was. However, my daughter did tell me it will soften as I carry it. However, because it IS so stiff now, I find myself grabbing a different bag to carry.
It is adorable though. No problems with it. (The zipper on my daughter's blue one didn't work well from the get go and we should have let Tory Burch know.) I would suggest checking the zippers first off before you carry them. Other than that it is a nice bag.
