I fell in love with this bag back when it originally came out in 2010 and knew I had to have it. I finally was able to justify the purchase when my birthday rolled around in December 2010 and I have carried it ever since. I LOVE THIS BAG and am seriously considering buying another in the same color to serve as the replacement when my original finally wears out. The Amanda hobo is the PERFECT SIZE for an everyday bag (unless you have little kids) and I love its versatility.
The only real downsides to this bag are 1) the cloth interior, which is sub-par quality for a bag so expensive, and 2) after a while, the shoulder strap will start to leave marks across clothes. It's hard to tell whether it's just gotten dirty or whether the actual material is starting to rub off. Either way, this bag is worth it and easily remains my absolute favorite handbag of all time.

Rated 2 out of 5 Love the look of the bad, but quality is fair
I purchased this bag in driftwood. Received the bag and loved the color and style. I have carried the bag for about a month now and it is showing serious signs of wear. I have not been rough on the bag, but there are several marks where the leather has already been damaged. Wish the leather was higher quality and would not have shown signs of wear so quickly.

I have had this handbag in the cognac color for about 6 months and it is already showing major signs of wear. I noticed when I purchased it that the leather on one handle was smooth and the leather on the other handle had a drier pice with a pebbled texture. It didn't seem like a big deal at the time and I overlooked it because I loved the bag so much. The drier piece of leather is now beginning to discolor and turn black. Also, some of the stitching has started to come undone. I have other designer handbags that have lasted multiple years before showing these signs of wear, and they were much less expensive. I love the style, color and size of this bag, but I'm disappointed with the quality and workmanship. I expected more, especially for the price I paid.
